Happy Friday, friend.
I saw this quote from James Clear yesterday that I loved: "Laughter itself cannot make a great relationship, but the lack of it can spoil one."
Surround yourself with people who put a smile on your face.
There are all sorts of studies on the benefits of laughter.
Without diving into scientific literature, laughing increases the brain's production of endorphins — the natural way your body relieves pain, reduces stress and boosts mood. Laughing also increases your intake of oxygen-rich air and blood flow and circulation, which can improve brain health.
Bottom line: find people who make you laugh, and keep them around. Life’s too short to not laugh a little, we take 99% of our lives so seriously, find the friends you can laugh with and cherish those moments.
