Happy Thursday, friend.
If you're a type-A, get-it-done kind of individual, sometimes it takes more discipline to do less.
For people like us, sometimes actually doing an extra rep or mile is natural.
The discipline isn't to do more, it's to do less.
Specifically, in a sport like running, you're constantly pushing your physical boundaries, and if you don't have the discipline to hold yourself back at times, you'll cross over the line and get injured or burned out.
Yes, get gritty, put in the work, be Goggins from time to time, but know the time and place to back off, and celebrate yourself for having the discipline to do so.

Going through an injury right now and it's definitely hard to hold back.
